Wowzers... I'd love one of those! (Except I'd have to have electricity for my mini fridge and blender. ;) Right?!)
My brother-in-law lives on Maui - where they create electricity in their jungle shacks (which he lived in until like 6 months ago - composting toilet and all) using a bike and a small generator to run the blender, freezer, and fridge. Everybody pitches in and takes turns. ;) Sounds like a great way to keep the boy and friends busy when they profess boredom all summer long... ;) "Come pedal Mommy's blender, sweetie." ;)
